Herzig Engineering, a leading provider of electrical safety and reliability services, today announced the acquisition of Canada Training Group (CTG), one of Canada’s most respected providers of electrical safety training, electrical maintenance training, Arc Flash Studies, and Infrared Electrical Inspections. Herzig Engineering is backed by Copley Equity Partners (“Copley”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1980, Canada Training Group has built a strong reputation serving industrial and commercial customers across Canada through industry-leading training and technical services. The company will continue operating under its established brand as Canada Training Group – A Herzig Company.
The acquisition strengthens Herzig Engineering’s ability to support customers throughout North America, particularly organizations with operations in both the United States and Canada. With Canada Training Group’s established Canadian presence and Herzig Engineering’s growing sales force, the combined organization is better positioned to deliver consistent electrical safety, reliability, and training, wherever customers operate.
