Development testing using Starlink connectivity extends ATLAS’s work on secure, software-defined wireless-energy management across distributed environments.
NEWPORT BEACH, CA, UNITED STATES, August 11, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Apex Financial Partners today announced that ATLAS Power Networks, one of the firm’s strategic technology investments, has completed a development-testing milestone by connecting its mobile application and platform through Starlink internet service. The work is part of ATLAS’s ongoing effort to evaluate resilient communications options for its software-defined wireless-energy platform.
The test demonstrated connectivity between ATLAS software components across a satellite-enabled internet link. ATLAS is assessing how external communications services may support device authentication, telemetry, monitoring, and remote management in distributed settings, including locations where conventional connectivity may be limited or unavailable.
ATLAS plans to continue testing the integrated architecture while preparing for enterprise, industrial, government, and consumer use cases. The company will distinguish measured results from modeled results, design targets, and future objectives as its validation program advances.

A measured step in the commercialization program
The milestone complements ATLAS’s work on PowerLink X1TM, PowerLink X2™, ATLAS PowerOSTM, enterprise software, wireless-energy management, device authentication, and mobile-platform development. It does not constitute validation of the wireless-power system’s performance, safety, efficiency, range, or commercial readiness; those areas require separate testing and independent verification.

The test used a standard Starlink internet connection together with ATLAS’s existing mobile application and platform software, without modification to Starlink’s network or hardware. Engineers observed session connectivity and data transmission between application and platform components over the course of internal development testing. The test was conducted in a single, controlled environment and has not been independently verified. It was not designed to measure, and should not be read as indicating, latency, throughput, coverage, or performance under production conditions; results may vary by location, network configuration, and other environmental factors. ATLAS intends to expand testing to additional environments and connectivity scenarios as its broader validation program continues.
